Private Cottage

As you walk up the foliage-filled pathway to the cottage you know entering it will be a treat and you are not disappointed. Romance is the word for this lovely one-bedroom cottage. The long porch is filled with comfortable Adirondack chairs, hammock, dining nook, and lots of plants. Enjoy the view of the lush Portland vegetation and the pond below filled with a variety of water birds and fish.

Step into the large living, dining and kitchen area which makes up the top floor of the cottage. Relax into the stuffed sofas perfect for afternoon napping. Then step downstairs into the cool stonewalled bedroom complete with a canopied king-sized bed. Ahhhhhhhh . . . .

A cook/housekeeper can be arranged for your stay. Amenities include cable TV, fully equipped kitchen, hot water, and lots of privacy.

Guest Rooms

Located within the pristine setting of Somerset Falls are four spacious guest rooms. Thoughtfully decorated with floral fabrics and original artwork by a local painter, the lushness from outside is brought into each room.

Amenities include cable TV, mini refrigerator, hot water, king-sized beds, dinette table and chairs. Each room has its own patio located directly above the flowing river and overlooking the flourishing vegetation. Furnished with table and chairs the patio is the perfect place to enjoy a private romantic dinner or afternoon cocktails while catching up with your favorite book.

The restaurant and bar are located just next door for your convenience.

Fall asleep to the music of the cicadas, tree frogs, and the babbling river.
